Floor Heating Wire

Jiahong Floor Heating Wire is a kind of twin-conductor constant wattage tile heating cable for the Europe Markets. It is widely used to ceramic tiles, natural stone and another thick floor in the living room, bedroom, etc.

It is also safe in the bathroom, basement, and kitchen room and other wet locations. The regular types are 12w/m and 18w/m.

Features

Jiahong Floor Heating Wire heats up through the inner conductor. The heat output can increase the comfort of the floor at home and in the office.

Jiahong Floor Heating Cable cannot be cut in any situation because the length and power of the constant wattage cable are deterministic. Any different parts cannot overlap each other in the process of use as well.

The rated voltage is 230v. The radiant maximum ambient temperature is 85^oF (30^oC) and the minimum installation temperature is 40^oF (5^oC).

The twin-conductor structure allows it to connect to the power from a single connection point.

Structure

Jiahong Floor Heating Wire contains four components: inner conductor, conductor insulation, shield, and outer jacket.

• The inner conductor is made of tinned copper. The Inner layer is the main element. It is not only the conductor but also the heating element.

• The insulation is required to withstand the high temperature and high voltage. It commonly features a fluoropolymer such as ETFE or FEP.

• Braid shield has an important function that secures the two pieces of conductors, which the main benefit of wrapping the outer jacket. Meanwhile, the braided shield can screen electromagnetic radiation generated inside. What’s more, it can provide ground protection.

• The outer jacket is usually made of 100% waterproof PVC, which makes it suitable for use in both wet locations and dry locations.

It is a simple and stable structure that can serve you for more than 30 years.

Jiahong Floor Heating Wire is simple and flexible to install. The loose cable can be put in anywhere according to the real room shape. Also, it has no fixed cable space, so you can arbitrarily decide the cable spacing within the range we suggest.

You Need a Standard Cable

Jiahong Floor Heating Wire is generally delivered with a complete heating cable which consists of two different components: heating cable and cold lead. The cold lead is a 2.5meter regular electric wire with plug.

Jiahong Floor Warming Cable is packed in wooden spools or plastic spools with a specific length. The regular lengths range from 12.5 to 150m for the type of 12w/m.

For the type of 18W/m, the lengths range from 7.5 to 154.2m. It can also be made into a heating mesh or heating mat.  Every Jiahong Floor Heating Wire is rigorously tested before packing.
